During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the StayOn Hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. They were always willing to help and had a positive attitude that made me feel welcome. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, allowing me to easily explore the area without any hassle. Plus, the comfortable and cozy room provided the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
The lack of clear instructions in English. It took me a while to figure out the thermostat in my room, as the instructions were in another language.

The hotel location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room was very comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering all necessary facilities. the staff was exceptional, always ready to assist and offering great customer service. the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally weak, causing minor inconvenience for online activities.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. They were friendly and went out of their way to assist. the hotel had a convenient location, close to key attractions and amenities. the room amenities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The room temperature was too warm and it took some time to figure out how to adjust it due to language barriers. It would have been helpful if instructions were provided in a language other than Korean, as not all guests may be able to read Korean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were great too.
